Recently, I was invited on a summer trip with BuddyLove to the beautiful Captiva Island in Florida. This trip was such an incredible experience! Not only did I get to enjoy a beach vacation, but I was able to spend it with a bunch of other beautiful bloggers and work with a brand I absolutely love!!
Day 1
The first day arriving at South Seas Resort in Captiva Island, FL was a dream! Upon arriving, I was welcomed by the most beautiful spread of Buddy Love goodies and was immediately taken aback by how gorgeous the property was!! After freshening up, I headed to a beautiful sunset dinner with a bunch of the other blogger girls at Doc Ford’s Rum Bar and Grille. It was so nice to end the night with all the girls while eating an absolutely delicious meal!
Day 2
The next morning I woke up and immediately just sat on the balcony of my room and took in the beautiful scenery! There wasn’t too much planned for the day, but I honestly loved it. It was so relaxing. We got to basically have a pool day where I got to hang out by the pool in their private cabanas, walk down to the beach and lounge on the sand, and pretty much just relax and soak it all in. We then had lunch at their amazing on property restaurant The Pointe and went right back to relaxing by the pool. I did a quick change into one of my favorite BuddyLove two piece sets and went off to a sunset dinner at their South Seas Property, but this time it was on the beach! Absolutely gorgeous experience!!
Day 3
The next day was so much fun because, not only did we get to enjoy more of the resort, but we actually got to go on a little adventure. After more relaxing by the beach and a quick lunch at Latitude Beach Bar, we headed out to a sunset cruise!! It was so beautiful!! I got to go out on the water, cocktails in hand, and just enjoy the gorgeous views with so many amazing friends! I was so mortified though when my hat decided to fly off my head straight into the water. We had to literally stop the boat to go and get it! Not my finest moment, but definitely a funny one that made for a memorable evening. Immediately after the cruise, we did a little quick change into another one of my favorite BuddyLove looks and headed off to Harborside for another delicious dinner!
Day 4
The next day I was so sad to leave!! I truly felt so lucky to be there and, honestly, this was such a full circle moment for me. Not sure if any of you would remember, but when I first started blogging, my friend Erica had an online boutique and I got to curate a collection with her with a couple pieces from BuddyLove in it and now I get to work directly with BuddyLove and do amazing things like this! I’m just beyond grateful and so blessed to get to share it all with you guys!
