Happy Friday! This is my official first beauty post. I get asked all the time about what makeup and products I use and truthfully I try out A LOT of products, so I thought I would share my most used items first. This is basically what I use for my every day face and what I would absolutely take with me if I was traveling and needed my must haves.

FOUNDATION-I have a bunch of different foundations that I like for various reasons, but my ultimate favorite that I typically wear and always go back to is Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation . There are so many shades to choose from and you can find swatches online to help you choose! I try to buy from Nordstrom when I can because I know I can always exchange or return if I need to-even cosmetics.
CONCEALER-I don’t always use concealer, in fact most days I don’t. If I have a special event I’m going to or looking extra tired, I may opt to use it and MAC Pro Longwear Concealer is my absolute favorite. It doesn’t crease and stays on all day, giving great buildable coverage. (I wear NC35)
POWDER-I have used MAC Studio Fix plus Foundation Powder to set my makeup for YEARS. It’s my absolute favorite and gives an airbrushed matte finish that lasts all day. If you prefer a translucent powder, than Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder is the absolute best you’re going to find! It looks white, but it’s clear and will give you a great matte finish regardless off your skin tone.
BRONZER & CONTOUR- I have tried a lot of different bronzers and contour palettes, but NYX Highlight & Contour Pro Palette is my most favorite and it’s crazy because it’s the cheapest palette I have tried. I use the darkest bronzer to contour, the medium shade bronzer to blend, the yellow powder to set my concealer (when I wear it) or just by itself to brighten up the under eye area. The palette also comes with some really pigmented highlighters too, which I on occasion will use.
HIGHLIGHTER- Speaking of highlighters, Charlotte Tilbury Bar of Gold is my absolute favorite! In general I love her products and this bar is AMAZING and is going to last forever. I’ve had it since summer and haven’t even made a dent in it. If you would like to try NYX Illuminator is another favorite that I have (it’s under $10)!
BLUSH- I have a bunch of blush palettes and singles that I go back and forth with, but MAC Powder Blush in Raizin and Bobbi Brown Blush in Peony are my two major go-to’s. I rotate between the two the most!
EYEBROWS- My eyebrows are microbladed, which I HIGHLY recommend! If you’re local, DM me and I’ll get you in touch with my girl (she’s also a BOMB lash girl). When I did fill in my brows, I used Wunderbrow Gel with a skinny angled eyeliner brush. It takes very little product per stroke! The best part is it stays on all day and is waterproof.
EYES- I LOVE eyeshadow, but it’s very rare that I wear it. I have dry eye and it often bothers me and also I don’t have time, BUT when I do it’s usually I wear Bobbi Brown Allspice which is a great color for going out at night. I also LOVE MAC Eyeshadow in soft brown. Don’t forget to use a primer on your eyelids if you’re wearing shadow (you’ll thank me later)! Urban Decay Primer Potion is my favorite!
The ONLY eyeliner I wear and swear by is from LimeLight by Alcone! It’s a natural safe product (so doesn’t irritate my eyes), easy to apply, doesn’t run and stays on all day!! Perfect Eyeliner Pen – it’s also such a great price!
MASCARA- I have tried it all and have several that I really like! Right now I’m using Urban Decay Perversion Mascara , which was gifted to me and I actually highly recommend it! Gives great definition and length. I also really like Nuskin Curl & Lash Mascara and it’s safe to use on false eyelashes or eyelash extensions!
EYELASHES- I had eyelash extensions for two years, but am currently taking a break. I’ve been using Nuskin Nutriol Eyelash Treatment to help grow and strengthen my lashes and I’ve already noticed a big difference since starting just two weeks ago! (It’s also safe to use with eyelash extensions). I also wear falsies, pretty much everyday. My favorite brand is falsies from Ardell. . I have linked my exact ones below (just click on the pictures).
LIPS- Regardless of what color or brand I’m wearing on my lips I ALWAYS use MAC Prep & Prime before putting any color. It makes your lipstick go on so smooth and keeps it in place and long lasting! I seriously almost never reapply. I use Charlotte Tilbury Lip Pencil everyday either in foxy brown or pillow talk (depending on my lip color). My favorite combo is wearing Modern Matte Revolution lipstick in birkin brown topped with Hot Lips in Kim K.W (best combo ever!). I also really like Hollywood Liquid Lips in the color showgirl. If you LOVE a matte look, then I also highly recommend a new Nuskin product called Powerlips! They’re conditioning long lasting matte liquid lipsticks! Nuskin Powerlips Liquid Lipsticks in color Breadwinner, Maven and Persistence are on major rotation these days #obsessed.
